Shipping & Return Policy


We try our best to meet your expectations but if for some reason, we’ve missed a spot then we have convenient Exchange/ Refund policies at your disposal.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order Once Placed Can Only Be Cancelled Within 10 Hours Post The Order Placement.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED

CUTIEKINS shall make all endeavors to deliver defect/error free orders to the purchasers.

If at the time of delivery and/or within 2 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found due to the below mentioned reasons :

1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
3. Products was / were missing
4. Wrong item was sent by Cutiekins Store.

In such a case please inform us within 2 days (48 Hrs) from the date of delivery. Any damaged return received without being notified within the stipulated time shall not be eligible for return/refund.

We shall process replacement or full refund of the damaged good and arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.

Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with Cutiekins Store

RETURN OF PRODUCTS FOR OTHER REASONS

In case you want to return your purchase due to other reasons ( Size issues, did not like, delivery not on time etc), you can initiate return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Returns are subject to the following conditions :

Only domestic orders can be returned.
All custom made orders are non-returnable.
The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
The packaging should have the original tags in place.
Return should be initiated within 7 days from the receiving date.
In case you have received a wrong shipment or damaged product then please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
We might ask for images to assess your return access. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.


REVERSE PICK-UP
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 4-6 business days. Reverse pickup facility is available in limited areas.

In case reverse pickup is not available, you shall have to ship the product back to us. Our team shall get in touch and assist you with the information.

RETURN CHARGES
Exchange/Replacement

No reverse charges shall be charged. We shall bear the cost of return and fulfillment of exchange.

Free reverse pickup and exchange can be availed only once per order.



Return /Refund

Reverse pickup charges (INR 100/-) and cash of delivery charges, if applicable (INR 50/-) are non-refundable. The rest of the amount shall be credited back to you.

In case an error has occurred from our end, we shall not deduct any amount and refund the full payment.



MODE OF REFUND

Prepaid Orders : Amount shall be credited to the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.
COD/Bank Deposit: For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via bank transfer in favor of the Buyer (As per details provided by the Buyer)
Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.


Refund Processing Time

Amount shall be refunded post receiving and quality checking the return product. On an average, it takes 5-7 days for the return shipment to reach us.

Return order undergoes Quality check and approval is received within 2 days.

Post the approval the refund is initiated from our end and is reflected back in the your account within 4-5 business days.

As stated in the policy, Cash on delivery charges and Reverse pickup charges shall be deducted in the refund value unless stated otherwise. Free refund and return is only processed if it meets our condition of some error or fault from our end.

Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note inclusive of the reverse pickup charges.
